Anita J. Temenoff, born May 18th , 1925, in Muncie, Indiana to Aloysius J. Schwer and Margarite Hiatt Schwer. She graduated from Blum high school in 1943 in Wapakoneta, OH. On June 10th, 1945, she married John J. Temenoff, and they had one son, Larry Temenoff, who resides in Fort Wayne, IN.

She and her husband operated a business, Spencerville Electric and Plumbing, for 13 years in Spencerville, OH. She was always interested in art and trying to improve her skills. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, enjoying singing in the choir for many years. She was elected to the local school board and served as President.

Her siblings were: Paul Schwer of Muncie, IN, Virginia Springs of Hartford, CT, Richard Schwer, Joseph Schwer, Lois Ruck and Mary Lu Stroh, all of Wapakoneta, OH. All are deceased.

She is survived by one son, Larry J. Temenoff, of Fort Wayne, IN, and one granddaughter, Dr. Johnna S. Temenoff, of Atlanta, GA.

Memorial services will be held by Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville at the Spencerville Cemetery at 11:30 July 12, 2025 with pastors Thomas Shobe and Scott Johnson officiating.
