Brittany Jo Brown's Obituary
Brittany Jo Brown, 26, died the afternoon of Sept. 17, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 13, 1987, in Lima to Charles E. Whiting and Paula S. Brown. Her father preceded her in death. Her mother and stepfather, Trent Schrolucke, survive in Spencerville.
Miss Brown was a 2006 graduate of Spencerville High School and became a medical assistant through Allied Health Systems. She worked as a blood services technician with the American Red Cross.
Survivors also include her significant other, Matthew J. McGuiness, of St. Marys; two children, Audrey F. McGuiness and Brantley M. McGuiness, both of St. Marys; a sister, Brianna M. Elling, of Spencerville; three stepbrothers, Chandler D. Schrolucke, Gary L. Schrolucke and Trenton J. Schrolucke, all of Spencerville; and grandparents, Pat (Bill) Stumbaugh, of Spencerville, Bill Brown, of St. Marys, and Dianna Schrolucke, of Spencerville; and an aunt, Stacy (Tony) Louth, of Spencerville.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jack Schrolucke, who died July 11, 2013.
Private family memorial services will be held.
There will be no public visitation.
