DARRYL MILLER
LIMA — Darryl R. Miller, 56, of Lima and formerly of Spencerville, died November 23, 2016 in St.Rita's Medical Center following a four month battle with cancer.
He was born November 1, 1960 in Van Wert, a son of Daniel Richard and Bonnie May Rhoades Miller, Sr., who are deceased.
He is survived by his two children; Justin R. Miller of Lima and Jessica A. (Beau) Boughan of Lafayette, Ohio; two siblings; Donnie R. (Jane) Miller of Toledo and Duane R. Miller of Spencerville and his sister-in-law; Sharon Miller of Spencerville and special friend Miriam Davis of Spencerville.
He was preceded in death by his brother; Daniel R. Miller, Jr. and an infant sister; Winona Miller.
Darryl was a 1979 graduate of Spencerville High School and the Apollo Career Center. He was a truck driver for Ross Crites Trucking Co. and retired with 26 years service at Waste Management.
He was a member of the VFW Post 6772 Mens Auxiliary and Sons of the American Legion, Post 191, both of Spencerville.
Funeral services will be at 1 PM Sunday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville, where friends may call after noon Sunday. Rev. Andrew J. Atkins will offiate the services.
