David J. Morrison, 88, of Lima passed away on December 22, 2024 at his home in Lima.

David was born on September 11, 1936 in Oklahoma to the late Richard and Hazel Morrison. He was married to Kay Eileen Howell for over 40 years. He was a member of the Oklahoma Military Academy. He had his own business of "Custom Home Building" for over 40 years. Many years after this, he still worked in the same field. He was a lover of playing pickle ball, and continued to play into his late 80's. He was an avid OSU fan.

He is survived by his children, Barb (Wallace) Howard of Harrod, Nancy (Randy) Fuller of Columbus, Jim Morrison of Lima, Laura Wood of Beavercreek, and Ron Morrison of Lima; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date and he will be buried next to his wife at Spencerville Cemetery. Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville is caring for David and his family. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the YMCA in Lima.
