Obituary

Donna Perry, 65, of Convoy, passed away at 11:15 a.m. surrounded by her family on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Van Wert Hospital in Van Wert.

Donna Marie Eickenhorst was born on January 10, 1960 in Van Wert, to the late Richard and Gladys Marie (Gallent) Eickenhorst. She grew up in Delphos and graduated from Delphos Jefferson High School in 1979. Shortly after graduation, she married the love of her life, Roy Perry Jr., on August 10, 1979. Aside from raising their three children, she worked as a clerk in the retail industry.

Donna loved her crafts, especially crafts that involved doing them with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed baking and was gearing up for seasons of her shows to start back up. The love she had for her four Chihuahua's and one German Shepherd was almost as great as the love she had for her family.

Donna was survived by her husband of 46 years, Roy Pery Jr.; three sons, Michael Perry of Convoy, Matthew Perry of Van Wert, and Gary (Brooke Schwarzman) Perry of Convoy; one daughter, Jennifer Dumas of Moorsville, IN; thirteen grandchildren, Tayler Sturgill, Nathan Sturgill, Brooklyn Horton, Richard Perry, Meghan Perry, Makayla Perry, Trinity Perry, Leah Perry, KJ Carroll, Marisol Davis, Araceli Maldonado, London Schwarzman, Jordanne Schwarzman; five great grandchildren; four siblings, Keith (Lori) Allen of Van Wert, Paul Hiser of Van Wert, Barb (Steve) Miller of Boboa, IN, and Jerry Allen of Van Wert. She was preceded in death by her parents. Richard and Gladys Eickenhorst.

There will be a private family service held at a later date. Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville is caring for Donna and her family.
