Harold W. “Bill” Fast, 83, of Spencerville, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

There will be a visitation from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026 at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville. His visitation will continue from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by his funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at the funeral home. Burial will take place following the service at Spencerville Cemetery. Thoms E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville is caring for Bill and his family. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Spencerville Baseball Team.
