Harold "Cork" M. Lewis Jr., 80, of Spencerville, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025 at home with his loving family around him.

He was born on March 11, 1945 in Lima, OH to the late Harold M. Lewis Sr. and Viva L. (Wallace) White. He attended school in Lima and had a few different jobs after high school before working for the Ford Motor Company.

Cork lived a good life. He enjoyed watching the chickens at home, the outdoors, and fishing, especially at the Field and Stream outside of Spencerville.

Harold is survived by his three nieces, Vija Lee of Spencerville; Valarie (Mike Haggard) Hahn of Spencerville; and Vicki (Timothy) Foust of Elida; one nephew, Ronald Hahn of Spencerville; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Edward L. Lewis and Vonda D. Hahn; nephew, Richard Hahn; and nephew-in-law, Timothy Lee.

There will be a private family burial held at a later date at Spencerville Cemetery with Pastor Andrew J. Atkins officiating. Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville is caring for Cork and his family.
