Ina R. Welker, 69, of Spencerville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at 1:40 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Lima Memorial Health Systems in Lima.

Ina Rae Welker was born on December 24, 1953 to Lawrence "Larry" and Lavina (McMinn) Weilacher in Brookville, PA. She was united in marriage on February 6, 1971 to the late Thomas W. Wagoner. Together they had two children who survive them, Lavina (Murry Scott) McKinley and Wayne (Renee) Wagoner, both of Lima. She later married the late Ronald Welker on June 23, 1990.

Her career as a long haul truck driver allowed her to see many different sites across the country. She enjoyed being on the road so much it was more of a passionate hobby. Some other interest that she enjoyed was working on vehicles, riding motorcycles, and gardening. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.

Ina was also survived by her 10 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; two siblings, Ed (Carol) Weilacher of Delphos and Karen (Billy) Hurles of Dayton, NV; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, one sister, Lou Ann Washburn and one brother, Vaughn Weilacher.

There will be a visitation from 3:00-7:00 p.m. followed by her funeral service at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Jordan Kill officiating the service. Burial will be at a later date at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Convoy. In lieu of flowers, in honor of Ina memorials may be given to the family or an organization of your choice.
