Jeffrey Eugene Williams, preferred name Jeff passed away in his home on May 31st 2026. Jeff was born to Judy and Jim Williams and resided in Spencerville Ohio most of his life. Jeff was a Spencerville graduate who went on to develop numerous trades. He dabbled in electrical, mechanical and HVAC work and was a technician at P&G Lima. Jeff was described as full of life, protective, funny, and always loved clowning around. Jeff was knowledgeable about many things and family, friends, and coworkers often sought his advice.

Those that knew Jeff knew he was an avid motorcyclist. I don’t think there was anything more that he loved than riding his motorcycle, except maybe his grandkids. Jeff unfortunately developed disabling conditions that rendered him unable to ride which saddened him more than words could ever describe. Jeff is no longer with us on this Earth but his love and spirit live on in those that knew him. His spirit rides on in all the bikers you see out there so do Jeff a favor and always look twice save a life.

Jeff is survived by his two children, Danielle (Josh) Decker of Lima and Toby (Amanda) Williams of Delphos; three grandchildren, Hadlee Decker, Blakely Decker, and Greyson Williams; his mother, Judy Williams of Spencerville; and two brothers, James “Jimbo” T. (Tiny) Williams and Jon (Kaila) Williams, both of Spencerville. He was preceded in death by his father, James Fredrick Williams and a brother, Jarret Lynn Williams.

There will be a graveside service held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Spencerville Cemetery with Pastor Jim Lyle officiating. There will be a Celebration of Life held at Field & Stream South of Spencerville following the graveside service from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville is caring for Jeff and his family.
