Jennifer Renee Becker, 45, of Spencerville, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

Jennifer was born on March 14, 1980 in Lima, to Randy Allen Becker and Deborah Becker. She grew up in the Spencerville area, graduating from Spencerville High School in 1998. After graduation, she attended the OSU Lima branch for a year and a half. In her short life, Jennifer worked a variety of customer service jobs. In 2002, on Halloween, she met her person, Ron Mekolites, who she spend the rest of her life with.

Jennifer was such a loving, sweet and caring person who was always smiling and peaceful towards others. She was a very simplistic person and loved spending time with her family, her dogs, doing sudoku puzzles and reading. Jennifer really enjoyed music and had it playing all day long.

Jennifer is survived by her parents, Randy (Deb) Becker of Bluffton and Deborah Becker of Van Wert; her partner, Ron Mekolites of Spencerville; two siblings, Christy (Juan Abalos) Pruett of Findlay and Amy (Eric) Saulsberry of Wapakoneta; five nieces and nephews, Tyler (Brie) Becker, Skye (Jase) Pruett, Kanaan Becker, Scout Becker, and Cruz Becker; and maternal grandfather, Lawrence "Fred" F. Vulgamott of Spencerville. She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Patricia Vulgamott and paternal grandparents, Owen O. and Gail Louise Becker.

There will be a private family service held at a later date. Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville is caring for Jennifer and her family.
