JOAN MILLER
SPENCERVILLE — Joan Opal Miller, 59, of Spencerville, went home to be with Jesus at 11:23 a.m., Sat. May 2, 2015, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center. Joan is the wife of Jerry Allen Miller, Sr. They were married Sept. 1, 1974, at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Pete Weaver, and he survives. She was born Oct. 16, 1955, in Celina, OH, the daughter of Earl K. & LaVaun O. (Hines) Huey, and they preceded her in death.
Survivors include, 3 children, Jerry A. (Paula) Miller, Jr., June A. (Allen) Clutter, and Jason A. Miller, grandchildren, Charity & Destiny Miller, Adam & Cheyenne Clutter, and Kassey, Nathan, Isabel, & Jesse Miller,
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Tues. May 5, 2015, at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, Pastor Jim Burns officiating. Burial is to follow in the Mendon Cemetery. The family will receive friend 4-8 p.m., Mon. and 1 hr. prior to the service, Tues. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Liberty Baptist Church Building Fund and Improvements or the Community Health Professionals of Tri-County.
