SPENCERVILLE — Julie Ann Clark, 67, formerly of Paulding County, died at 6 p.m. Oct. 26, 2015, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima after an extended illness.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville. The Rev. Justin M. Fuhrmann will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Spencerville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
