SPENCERVILLE — Julie Ann Sheets, 60, died June 23, 2020. Celebration of Life services will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville. Pastor Andrew J. Atkins will officiate. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 4:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Face masks are requested.
