Spencerville;  Karen Susan Moorman Sorbilli, 78, of Conant, passed away at 8:15 PM Sunday, September 12, 2021 in the Lima Memorial Health System, with her husband at her side.

She was born July 31, 1943 near Conant in Allen County, daughter of the late Clayton G. and Donnabelle Meeker Moorman. On May 26, 1988 she married Mario Sorbilli, who survives, along with her daughter;  Connie (Miracle) Slusser,   step-daughters Kristina (Jamie) Hartman and Andria Lynn (Kevin Smart) Dunlap, 9 grandkids and 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and Special Friends.   She was preceded in death by her daughter Penelope Miracle,  brother Richard G. (Kaye) Moorman and sister Claudette (Dean) Foster;  her mother-in-law Connie Sorbilli and cherished nephew Gale "Gig" Foster.

In addition to her husband and family, she loved her "Kids", Coco, Fifi and Peppi.

Karen was a graduate of Spencerville High School and had worked at Miracle Paving, Oaks Golf Club, Trim Trends  and the Dollar General in Spencerville.

She was a Life member of the Bowersock Bros. VFW Post 6772 Auxiliary and a member of the Harry J. Reynolds American Legion Post 191 Auxiliary, both of Spencerville. She enjoyed gardening, Face Book, dancing and Country Music.

At her request, there will be no visitation. A celebration of Karen's Life will be at a later date.
