Obituary

Karlton Lee Krendl Dardio passed away on June 12 after a nine month battle with cancer. He was born March 15, 1989, the son of Dan Dardio & Karri Krendl. On April 23, 2016 he married Wenzhu Sun, and they resided in Cleveland, OH.

Karlton is a 2007 graduate of Spencerville High School, and a 2011 graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he studied philosophy and creative writing. He was employed as a software support analyst with Mistras Group in the Cleveland area.

Karlton is survived by his wife, Wenzhu; siblings Mary Caroline, Leigh, and Christopher; his parents, Dan and Karri; his in-laws, Yan Sun and Ling Wen; his grandparents, Larry and Carmen Dardio; and his extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Karlton was a wonderful young man who was loved by everyone around him. He enjoyed music, played the guitar, and was a terrific singer. He was an avid reader and a prolific thinker and writer.

No services are planned at this time. Donations in his name may be made to the Armstrong Air and Space Museum, which he greatly enjoyed visiting, to the Humane Society, or to the charity of your choice.
