Kathy Irene Thompson, 68, of Spencerville, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Vancrest of Delphos in Delphos.

Kathy Clark was born on November 10, 1957 in Lima, to the late Gordon Wayne and Norena Christina (Mioni) Clark. She attended Lima Senior High School and then to Apollo Career Center for phlebotomy and EMT training. She worked as a phlebotomist for Vision Lab and Mercy Health and was an EMT for Spencerville.

Kathy enjoyed volunteering her time and was a coordinator at the Spencerville Food Pantry. She also volunteered every year at the polling booth whenever it was time to vote. One of the things that gave her the most enjoyment in her life were her grandchildren. Kathy was a firm believer in her faith and believed in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Kathy is survived by her two daughters, Bri Nicole (Josh) Coldiron of Evening Shade, AK and Brandi Danielle (John) Anderson of Spencerville; nine grandchildren, Jaiden Knoch, Madison Schultz, Nathan Hickey, Jordan Satterfield, Chandler Schrolucke, Maddox Jurek, Ginliana Jurek, Makswell Jurek, and Maverick Anderson; and five siblings, Kaye Kelly, Richard Clark, Tom Bradford, Deb (Allen) Hower, and Diane (Fred) McElroy. She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a graveside service held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026 at West Union Cemetery near Spencerville with Pastor Jim Fletcher officiating. Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home is caring for Kathy and her family.
