He will be greatly missed by his dog, Harry, who brought an immeasurable amount of love and joy into Louie's life these past ten years.

Lewis was predeceased by both parents and a son, Mark. Lewis was also predeceased by his brothers, Ronald, Fred and Ralph Brenneman of Toledo.

Special thanks to Louie's friends, Mike and Billie, for being such good friends to him and always being there to help him. He spoke of you both often with great fondness and was proud to call you his friends.
