Spencerville;  Lou Ann Washburn, 61, passed away suddenly at 6:40 AM Monday, August 9, 2021 in the Joint Twp. District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.

She was born September 29, 1959 in Lima, a daughter of the late Lawrence "Larry" and Lavina McMinn Weilacher. On January 14, 1989 she married Timothy J. Washburn, who survives in  Spencerville.

Also surviving are her daughters; Angel (Ben) Sneary of Lima and Aleesha (Keith Mewhorter) Washburn of Spencerville, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and one on the way; her siblings, Ed (Carol) Weilacher of Delphos, Ina (Ron) Welker of Spencerville and Karen (Billy) Hurles of Dayton, NV.

Preceding her in death are her twin daughters, Misty and Wendy Stocklin and her brother Vaughn Weilacher.

Lou Ann was a 1977 graduate of Spencerville High School and later became an S.T.N.A.. She was presently employed at the Vancrest of St. Marys and had formerly worked at the Ohio Decorative Products, Springborn Labs and the Roselawn Manor, all of Spencerville.

She had attended the Church of the Nazarene. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and Deer hunting and fishing.

Funeral services will be at 6 PM Thursday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Pastor Darryl Potts officiating.  Burial will be at a later date in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Delphos.

The family will receive friends, with Covid-19 precautions, from 3 PM until service time Thursday.
