MAXINE SPYKER
SPENCERVILLE — Maxine K. Spyker, 78, of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of Spencerville, died Sept. 24, 2014, in Bradenton, Florida.
She was born Dec. 12, 1935, in Buckland to Oscar and Vera Sprague, who preceded her in death. She married Jon Spyker, who survives.
Mrs. Spyker moved to Bradenton, Florida, in 1983 from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church. She had been a lifetime member of the Spencerville Chapter 130, Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include a son, Jeffrey (Debra) Spyker, of Bradenton, Florida; a daughter, Tamara "Tami" Spyker, of Bradenton, Florida; and a grandson, Christopher Spyker, of Bradenton, Florida.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Bradenton, Florida. Graveside services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Spencerville Cemetery. The Rev. Andrew J. Adkins will officiate.
