Spencerville;   Mildred E. "Mid"  Graessle, 94, of Elida and formerly of Spencerville, passed away at 3:12 AM Sunday, June 6, 2021 in Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center.

She was born July 12, 1926 in Amanda Twp., Allen County, a daughter of the late Clair John and Hazel Lucille Kennedy Kraft. On December 24, 1944 she married H. Merle "Jack" Coffman, who died January 23, 1957. Then on July 24, 1958 she married D. Edwin "Ed" Graessle, who died February 9, 2018.

Mid is survived by her daughter, Debra Kay (Michael) Williams of Elida, granddaughters Dr. Dara Ann Williams (Jason) Coggins of Knoxville TN. and Dena Lynn (Dave) Mabry of Murfreesboro, TN. and great granddaughters  Brooklyn Decker and Harper Decker.

Preceding her in death are her daughter Joyce Ann Coffman and her sister Betty (Dean) Place.

She was a 1944 graduate of Shawnee High School and had worked as a Spencerville School Bus driver for 23 years. She was a member of the Kossuth Zion United Methodist Church and the Harry J. Reynolds Post 191 American Legion Auxiliary of Spencerville.

Graveside services will be Saturday at noon time, July 3, 2021  in the Maplewood Cemetery, East of Spencerville, State Routes  117 and 198.  Friends may visit the family prior to the services at the cemetery.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Kossuth Church or to Deb's Dogs.
