NORMA OVERHOLT

SPENCERVILLE — Norma L. Overholt, 92, died at 9 p.m. Aug. 1, 2015, with her daughter at her side at Otterbein Senior Living Center in Cridersville, where she had resided for three years.

She was born Sept. 15, 1922, in Auglaize County to Daniel and Melissa States Seibert, who preceded her in death. On Aug. 3, 1946, she married Lowell E. Overholt, who died Dec. 22, 2010.

Mrs. Overholt was a 1940 graduate of Spencerville High School and was a homemaker and a member of Spencerville Trinity United Methodist Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6772 Auxiliary.

Survivors include two children, Judy (Roger) Yoh, of Lima, and Gary (Barb) Overholt, of Franklin Park, Illinois; four grandchildren, Christopher (Kelly) Overholt and Melissa Overholt, both of Chicago, Kevin Yoh, of McComb, and Jennifer Yoh, of Flagler Beach, Florida; and three great-grandchildren, Blake Overholt, Devin Rapp and Ember Yoh.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Gregory Yoh; three brothers, Victor Seibert, Clifford Seibert and Harold Seibert; three sisters, Carolyn Garwood, Retha Rohrbach and Vonda Kohler; two half brothers, Gilbert Seibert and Eldon Gaberdiel; and a half sister, Esther Gaberdiel.

Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville. The Rev. Justin Fuhrmann will officiate. Burial will be in Spencerville Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
