Spencerville; Paul A. "Butch" Dunlap, 68, of Spencerville passed away at 8:51 AM on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Mercy Health – St. Rita's Medical Center.

He was born on September 20, 1954, in Troy, OH to the late Robert "Herb" and Edith (Ditto) Dunlap. On April 23, 1977 he married Diann Hoverman who survives in Spencerville.

Butch was a 1973 graduate of Delphos Jefferson High School and a member of Pilgrim Lighthouse Church in Lima.

He is also survived by two sisters, Ruth Ann Wittler and Carolyn Dunlap of Delphos; one brother, Jim (Anita) Dunlap of Delphos; two nephews, Rob Wittler of Hudson, IN and Bryan (Corrie) Dunlap of Delphos; two nieces, Rana Wittler and Kim (Eric) Furry of Delphos; and one sister-in-law, Joann Pitts of Lima. He was preceded in death by nephew Rick Wittler and brother-in-law Ron Wittler.

His memorial service will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with calling hours from 1:00-3:00 PM. Burial will be held at a later date at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Delphos. Pastor John Yohe will be officiating the service.
