RACHELL KETTERER
LIMA — Rachell Dawn Potts Ketterer, 47, of Lima and formerly of Spencerville, passed away at the OSU Hospitals in Columbus at 7 PM Sunday, July 16, 2017.
She was born September 8, 1969 in Lima, a daughter of Carl L. and Delljean V. White Potts, who are deceased. On February 10, 2007 she married Randy J. Ketterer, who survives, along with her children; Steven M. Young and Megan E. Reed, both of Lima; Brandy N. Golden and Emily N. Golden, both of Wapakoneta and her step-son; James Ketterer of Lima; four grandchildren: Baylee Rose Griffin; Kaylee C. Zimmerman; Amaya N. Reed; Aiden J. Spence and two step-grand; Evan Ketterer and Garrett Ketterer, both of Lima; and three siblings; Tim Potts, Lacinda "Cindy" Augsburger and Misty Potts, all of Lima and her aunt; Alice L. White of Spencerville.
She was preceded by an infant sister; Tawana Potts.
She was a 1987 graduate of Spencerville High School and was a certified STNA thru the Apollo programs and was a homemaker.
Dawn was a member of the Monticello United Brethren in Christ Church and had been an EMT with the Spencerville EMS. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping and watching wrestling.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM Friday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Pastor Jerry Meyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencerville Cemetery.
The family will receive friend 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Thursday and after 9:30 Friday at the funeral home.
