RANDALL MYERS
SPENCERVILLE — Randall W. "Randy" Myers, 60, of rural Spencerville, died the morning of Feb. 15, 2015, at his residence following a long illness with his heart since 2001.
He was born June 2, 1954, in Lima to Van B. and Norma Mulholland Myers Jr., who preceded him in death. On Aug. 30, 1974, he married Jane M. Jettinghoff, who survives.
Mr. Myers was a 1973 graduate of Spencerville High School. He had been employed for the past 40 years at Dana Corp. in Lima as a machine operator. He was a member of the United Auto Workers union and loved spending time with his family.
Survivors also include two children, Andrew "Andy" (Drema) Myers, of St. Marys, and Amanda (Jeff) Collingsworth, of Sidney; seven grandchildren, Devin (Lexi) Roseberry, who is serving in the U.S. Marines in Washington, D.C., Rebecca Sealscott, of St. Marys, Nicholas Myers, of St. Marys, Lucas Myers, of St. Marys, Cooper Collingsworth, of Sidney, Carter Collingsworth, of Sidney, and Coleman Collingsworth, of Sidney; and a brother, Jim Myers, of Lima.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce (Gary) Walters; and two brothers, Michael Myers and Timothy Myers.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. Friday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville. The Rev. David W. Howell will officiate.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
