SPENCERVILLE — Starr Ann Miller Obringer, 74 of Spencerville, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 29th, 2021 at the Meadows of Delphos.
Starr was born to Billy and Mildred (Klaus) Miller on November 9th, 1946. She was the oldest of three girls. Her sisters Brenda (Teman) and Linda (Bilimek) still reside in Delphos.
Starr was a 1964 graduate of Delphos St. John's High School. On October 2nd, 1965, she wed her sweet-heart Dale Obringer. Starr later gave birth to their only child, Kristin (Reynolds) in 1973.
Mostly a homemaker, Starr never turned down a good adventure. She always enjoyed the thrill of hunting for the perfect garage sale, listening to her records, reading a thrilling mystery, going to bingo, and talking with all sorts of catchy, fun phrases. Starr shared these loves often with her daughter, many nieces and nephews, and her three granddaughters: Kylee, Kenzee, and Kassidee.
Starr is survived by her husband Dale; her three granddaughters Kylee, Kenzee, and Kassidee Reynolds; her son-in-law Frank Reynolds; her sisters Brenda Teman and Linda (Carl) Bilimek; and numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Starr was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristin.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with a prayer service at 2 p.m. Following the service will be burial at Landeck St. John's Cemetery. Starr was a member of an Evangelical Church in Delphos.
