SPENCERVILLE — Tandy Reen Baker Laman, 60, of rural Spencerville, died 6:33 a.m., Wed. Jan. 23, 2019, at her home with her family at her side. She was born Dec. 28, 1958, in Oak Harbor, WA, the daughter of Donald J. & Margaret L. "Peggy" (Hirn) Baker. Her parents survive in Spencerville. On Feb. 4, 1984, she married Terry G. Laman, and he survives.

Other survivors, 2 children, Katie Ann Laman, Decatur, IN, & Cody James (Stephanie) Laman, Spencerville, 4 grandchildren, Chloe Rigdon, Charles Daniels, William Rigdon, Jonathan Rigdon, a brother, Don A. "Bud" (Jodi Harrell) Baker, Spencerville.

Tandy was a member of the World Animal Foundation. She enjoyed crafting and had volunteered at the Easter Seals Youth Camps.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m., Mon. Jan. 28, 2019, at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, with Pastor Andrew Atkins officiating. The family will receive family and friends 10 a.m., until time of service, Mon. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Rita's Hospice.
