Tina Louise Chambers, 60, of Lima, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

Tina was born on February 16, 1965, in Spencerville to the late William West and Diane Shaner. She grew up in the area and graduated from Spencerville High School in 1983. She became an STNA and worked at the Lima Manor for more than 20 years before working in the housekeeping department at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

Tina enjoyed playing bingo, getting her nails done, and loved the color purple. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Tina is survived by children, Amanda Callahan and RJ Craig both of Lima; seven grandchildren, Ariana Pruitt, Britney Pruitt, Michelle Pruitt, Brianna Pruitt, Destiny Callahan, Davarus Callahan Jr., and Dominique Callahan; and one great grandchild, Jasira McKinney. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services are incomplete at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville.
