WAPAKONETA — Tyler James Levi, 24, of Wapakoneta, passed away at his residence Monday, December 18, 2017.
He was born April 23, 1993 in Lima, the son of Daniel D. Levi of Rockford and Lori A. Whitmore Byer of Wapakoneta.
Also surviving are his sister; Rachel (Chris) Bryan of Reynoldsburg; his nephew Declan Bryan; his grandmother; Carolyn Whitmore of Spencerville; his uncle Doug (Angie) Whitmore of Wapakoneta; and Aunt; Kelly (Chad) Reynolds of Spencerville; nieces and nephews; Donnie and Morgan Whitmore; Kaci and Dan Schmerge; Lyndsi and Ellie Whitmore and cousins; Charlotte Whitmore and Addie Schmerge and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Don Whitmore and Eldon and Shirley Levi.
Tyler was a 2012 graduate of Wapakoneta High School where he played basketball and baseball and enjoyed all the sports. He was employed at the AAP Corporation in St. Marys. He enjoyed animals and especially his pup Miaya and family cat KitKat.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Pastors Rich Rakay and Josh Andrews officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City, near his grandfather Don.
Friends may call from 10 AM until 1 PM Friday at the funeral home in Spencerville.
